Tokairo's customers can now link their MFDs seamlessly with their DM system. The Connector provides a number of features that improve processes and increase efficiency. To eliminate scanning errors and ensure image quality, previews of the scanned documents are shown on a touch panel at the MFD. When saved into TokOpen, organisations can use their MFD to integrate document management across their business - capturing documents in various departments such as sales, operations, HR and finance.
